Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Book with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We represent market leading manufacturers of various cutting tools including end mills, drills, reamers, threading tools, and blue print specials. We also believe that your cutting tool is only as effective as your tool holder and workpiece fixturing, so in addition we represent premier quality lines for your holding and fixturing needs. Additionally, we have offerings for shrink fit, balancing, and presetting machines for optimized tool life and precision quality, as well as an offering of band saw machines, band saw blades, and machine service and maintenance.

03. What role does M.C. Sales & Marketing play in the business to business to business transaction?

M.C. Sales & Marketing is a manufacturers’ representative agency. We are not a wholesale channel, nor manufacture any of our lines that we represent. We are not a wholesaler that end users can purchase directly from. All sales of our products and offerings are run through authorized distributors.

I have been around the machining industry my whole life. My family owned an injection mold shop, and when I was in high school I had the pleasure of apprenticing under my father as a mill and lathe machinist. I have been with M.C. Sales & Marketing since 2015, starting as a shipping and receiving clerk. I have enjoyed the opportunities that have come during my time with M.C. Sales & Marketing. Some of the things that make me most prideful of the industry that we are fortunate to be a part of is our American made manufacturers, the craftsmanship and pride of work quality, the range of industries including aerospace and medical, and most importantly our customer and partners we get to work with. Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy traveling, practicing our 2A hobbies, and enjoying coastal living. A couple of our favorite places we have visited are Morro Bay, Kauia and Maui, and Lake Tahoe.

I am the only son of a tool & die Maker. My machining experience began while I was still in jr. high, running a lathe for my father’s shop. I completed a high school accredited machining technology program during my junior and senior years. Upon graduating from high school, I began working for a local indexable tool repair facility in Colorado. By the time I turned 21 years old, I was the plant manager and spent the next 10 years working, studying and learning there. In 1989 I started working for Triad Tooling and have spent the last 30+ years overseeing the manufacturing of indexable boring bars, toolholders and spade drills as well as overseeing the distribution side of Triad, including tooling up various machines, including DMG-Mori, Fadal, Brother and Haas. As a distributor, I have worked very closely with Mat Curry and his team at MC Sales & Marketing. Over the past 20 plus years I have sold many of the product lines the MC Sales & Marketing represents, and I am now proud to be an integral part of the team. When I am not working, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our 3 children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. We also love riding in our 1969 XR7 Cougar, cruising the mountains on our Harley Road Glide and riding our ATV’s at a friend’s ranch in the mountains.

I am the son of a tool maker, born and raised in Saginaw Michigan. I received my Bachelor’s degree from University of California Irvine where I was the Varsity Swim Captain, Big West Champion and All American swimmer. My tooling industry experience began with an apprenticeship for my father Morgan at Fullerton Tool Company. After learning the grinding and production processes for solid carbide tooling I headed back to California to start my career.
